Commissioning

Industrial Equipment Commissioning

Structured commissioning services that verify equipment functionality, safety logic, and process performance before full production ramp-up.

From first placement through utility hook-up, we keep the install controlled so your team can move into equipment commissioning and machine startup with fewer surprises on the floor.

Key outcomes

  • Pre-commissioning checks and punch list management
  • Functional and interlock verification tests
  • Instrumentation and control calibration
  • Commissioning reports and acceptance support

Service focus areas

  • Placing and seating machines so the base matches the layout drawing
  • Checking foundations, anchors, and early leveling and alignment before full hook-up
  • Connecting power, air, and other utilities called out on the drawings
  • Completing pre-start checks and handing over clear install records for later industrial equipment commissioning

Scope of work

What is included

Defined modules for installation readiness, commissioning quality, and startup reliability.

Scope 01

Mechanical completion and utility readiness review

Scope 02

I/O point-to-point and control signal testing

Scope 03

Safety system checks and permissive validation

Scope 04

Dry and wet commissioning sequence execution

Scope 05

Performance monitoring during trial operation

Scope 06

Commissioning dossier and operational handover

Execution method

Installation process

Stage 01

Pre-commissioning

Confirm readiness, close punch points, and verify utility availability.

Stage 02

Testing sequence

Run functional checks, controls testing, and safety validation.

Stage 03

Trial operation

Operate equipment under controlled conditions to confirm performance.

Stage 04

Handover

Deliver commissioning records and support final acceptance.

Why a controlled install matters

Soft footing, rushed anchoring, or incomplete utility hook-up show up later as vibration, leaks, and unstable settings. A clear installation sequence reduces those risks before commissioning and machine startup begin. When the base needs tighter geometry work, we also support leveling and alignment.
